Bedrock Waterfall
Built in 2023, this West Vancouver water feature uses large natural boulders and layered planting to create a rich, multi-tiered waterfall that feels grounded and organic.
This waterfall was designed to integrate directly into the existing rock landscape, using carefully selected boulders to create a series of natural drops and pools. The goal was to make the water feature feel as though it had always been part of the site, rather than something newly constructed. Each level of the waterfall was shaped to control water flow and create variation in sound, from soft trickles to more pronounced movement. Planting was added throughout the stonework to soften the edges and bring life into the feature, allowing it to evolve over time. The result is a refined West Vancouver water feature that feels natural, immersive, and calming, adding both visual depth and the steady sound of flowing water to the landscape.
